Thank you for shopping at COZOY. International shipping times are updated every 48-72 hours. To track your order, please contact liuqinzhong@tomore.net, and we will provide you with an order tracking number.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the time from when the customer places an order to when the seller hands it over to the logistics company.

Normally, orders will ship within 2-3 business days after confirmation/payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays.

Our warehouse operates only during normal working hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During public holidays, we take measures to minimize shipping delays.

Shipping Costs and Transit Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time (depending on your location)

Tracking

You will receive an email after your order ships. The email will contain a tracking number (which will be valid for 24 hours). Please note: Tracking times may be longer during public holidays or special events.

Logistics information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

If you are unable to track your package, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours. Delivery Time Exceeded

Order Cancellation

We can cancel your order if you contact us promptly after purchase. If you have completed payment but the package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order before shipment and we will provide a full refund.

Once the package is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

Regarding Taxes and Fees

In rare cases, if you choose DHL shipping, your government may charge customs duties instead of those collected by this website, and you will be responsible for these costs. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we have no control over customs in your country or other countries. Please contact your local customs authority for more information regarding customs duties, taxes, and other fees.

Will I Receive Order Tracking Information?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order online using the tracking number. All taxes and duties are included in our shipping list. All taxes and duties are prepaid by COZOY to the carrier before shipment. Therefore, you will not need to pay any taxes or duties upon receipt of the goods.
