Cancellation or/and modification of orders can only be done manually via our staff, provided that our Warehouse Team has not processed your order. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled and modified.

To initiate the return shipment, kindly send an email to liuqinzhong@tomore.net within 30 days upon receiving the sealed product(s). The RMA form and details will be provided to you via email.
After receiving the return instructions from us via email, kindly arrange the return shipment of the parcel within 5 working days, and update us with the tracking link via email again. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation of the return process.

The Cozoy D1, despite being positioned as an entry-level IEM, performs well above its price point and proves to be a versatile all-rounder for gaming, movie watching, music listening, and even on-stage use. It delivers a well-weighted and balanced sound across the spectrum, with chunky, full-bodied bass, mids that carry good presence and weight, and a treble response that remains smooth, safe, and inoffensive for extended listening. Technical performance is commendable for its class, with imaging standing out as a strong point, while separation is presented in a cohesive and musical manner rather than an overly analytical one. Overall, the D1 is an excellent entry-level option for listeners seeking a capable, well-rounded IEM that delivers solid performance without straining the budget. Cozoy is on to something here and I'm excited what they can do and improve in the near future.

The D1 is not alone in this tough market segment, but it's done enough to deserve attention. it's very well built, looks stunning in the blue colour and sounds great. I would suggest to use different tips, perhaps Divinus Velvet and also make sure to deep fit the D1.....it makes a noticeable difference in sound performance.
Cost-effective！
Unbelievable for a budget IEM, the detail resolution is very good, from subclass to mids and treble, there's great definition and clarity, the bass is controlled, tight and punchy, and mids are clear and detailed, with good natural texture, the treble is extended and sparkly, the entire frequency range feels well represented. Highly recommended trying these IEM's. One of the best budget IEM's I have heard this year, and punches well above it's price range in detail.
